Kirsten Simone Vandgsness was an American actor, playwright and a police procedural drama TV series "Criminal Minds". The actress gained fame after her appearance on the show in the role of "Penelope Garcia" in the television show. Kirsten Vangsness appeared as Penelope Garcia in the television show Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders and also in its two spin-offs, including Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour. Since her first appearance in show business, in 1998, she has been in a variety of minor parts in film.
